As a global People & Culture leader, Rhonda Allen has spent 25 years leading HR teams across diverse industry sectors in Canada, the United States, Australia, and Asia Pacific. Rhonda held senior international HR leadership roles with global organisations such as Apple, Adobe, Yahoo!, Aritzia and Macquarie Bank. Prior to joining HPX Group as Chief People Officer, in 2018, she shifted focus and founded The Grove & Co, a coaching and consulting practice dedicated to creating high-performance cultures where individuals, teams, and organisations thrive. At The Grove & Co, Rhonda partnered with businesses across various industries and stages of growth, from emerging start-ups to more mature, traditional companies.
Rhonda’s expertise encompasses global people and culture leadership, executive coaching, and organisational transformation. She has a strong track record of leading international expansion efforts, people strategies for mergers and acquisitions, global change and leadership initiatives, executive search, high-volume recruitment, and full employee lifecycle programs.
