In July 2020, Halo Group Holdings was pleased to announce its acquisition of 50% of essential business services firm, Source Legal Pty Ltd (Source). Today, Halo Group announces it has acquired the remaining 50% of Source, having effective ownership of 100% of Source from 1 July 2021.
Source is a preeminent legal provider, uniquely acting as an outsourced legal department, whilst also offering HR and CFO services to support clients’ commercial needs. The business services the business-as-usual commercial needs of clients on an agreed monthly retainer price basis.
In the 12 months since the commencement of the joint ownership, Source has achieved significant growth and this growth is expected to continue and accelerate as Source’s unique outsourced ‘in-house style’ model and value-based approach to pricing resonate with an increasing number of businesses.
