Halo Group has appointed ASX compliance specialist, Andrew Black, as Executive Director, working with the Group’s businesses, in particular Hamilton Locke, Emerson CoSec and Source.
Andrew has deep expertise and a unique understanding of the ASX Listing Rules, Guidance Notes and policy, drawn from his 20+ years working as a senior member of the listings compliance team at the Australian Securities Exchange.
For entities considering a listing on the ASX or listed entities undertaking corporate actions, clients of Hamilton Locke, Emerson CoSec, Source and the broader Halo Group now have access to Andrew’s deep ASX regulatory experience and his unrivalled access to senior ASX personnel, alongside Hamilton Locke’s legal expertise and Emerson CoSec’s company secretarial and governance capabilities.
