Solving complex problems is at the heart of Hal’s practice. He thrives on gaining an authentic understanding of a client’s business objectives and how a contemplated transaction is intended to facilitate that objective. His interest lies in understanding the commercial context of a transaction, so that he can better advise on structure, design and implementation.
