As a Chartered Accountant with extensive commercial finance experience, Nicole began her career in business services with the Big 4 and has expanded into the areas of FP&A (financial planning and analysis), management reporting, and finance business partnering.
Nicole’s professional experience spans across industries such as technology software, consulting, and professional services. She has worked in both Australia and London, with listed and non-listed, local and international blue-chip organisations.
With an enthusiasm for working in dynamic, hyper growth business environments, Nicole oversees the Finance function and is passionate about supporting business growth through value-adding financial insights and building high-performing teams.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Nicole worked for Deloitte, Chandler Macleod Group, Grant Thornton and Ernst & Young.
