She has a proven track record in leading international expansion initiatives, mergers and acquisition people strategies, global change and leadership programs, executive search and high-volume recruitment, retention and engagement programs and talent planning and performance processes.
Her passion for creating high-performance cultures led her to found Bright Big Life in 2018, a coaching and consulting practice that evolved into The Grove & Co, providing a global service offering with a team of People & Culture Specialists across Australia, the USA, and Canada.
Prior to joining HPX Group, Rhonda also held senior international HR leadership roles with global organisations such as Aritzia, Apple, Adobe, Yahoo! And Macquarie Bank.
