She has held senior international leadership roles with global organisations including Apple, Adobe, Yahoo!, Aritzia and Macquarie Bank.
Since joining HPX Group as Chief People Officer, Rhonda has played a pivotal role in shaping the culture that underpins the firm’s extraordinary growth – helping it become one of Australia’s fastest-growing law firms and earning recognition as an AFR Best Employer in 2025.

Before HPX, Rhonda founded The Grove & Co, a coaching and consulting practice dedicated to building high-performance cultures for organisations of all sizes, from emerging start-ups to established enterprises. Her expertise spans global people leadership, executive coaching, organisational transformation, international expansion, M&A people strategies, leadership development, and full employee lifecycle programs.
