Tim brings a wealth of experience from both large, listed corporates and innovative entrepreneurial enterprises. He excels in creating clarity out of complexity by introducing structured reporting frameworks that integrate information across strategic, operational and financial priorities. His ability to implement and operationalise change has been key to delivering successful transformations and transitions to scale in the organisations he has served.
Prior to joining HPX Group, Tim was a Partner at AEL Consultants, where he leveraged his operational and financial expertise to support organisations demanding executive-level management while meeting their financial scale. He also held the role of Chief Financial Officer at several companies, including Beluga Capital, Only About Children, National Dental Care and The Chris O’Brien Lifehouse.
Tim also serves as an Advisory Committee Member at Daisee, where he mentors the finance team and supports the business in its transition from start-up to sustainability.
